當日本其他城市的房價不斷攀升，九州最大城市「福岡」正憑藉人口紅利與重大建設，悄悄成為亞洲高資產族群的投資新熱點。2026年6月24日，亞洲資本俱樂部 Asia Bankers Club 攜手日本知名開發集團 MIRARTH Holdings 旗下品牌 Takara Leben，在台北 W Hotel 舉辦「LEBEN HIRAO HEIM SUITE」福岡指標新案的全球首場海外說明記者會。台灣，成為這個建案走向國際的第一站。

福岡的市場基本面支撐紮實：人口持續正成長（日本七大城市中少數仍成長的城市）、七隈線延伸至博多站大幅提升交通可及性、機場新跑道強化國際連結。平尾一帶緊鄰浄水通沿線，是福岡長期受高端自住族群青睞的精華住宅地帶，自2000年以來百戶規模以上的新案僅此一棟，稀缺程度在福岡主要住宅地段中相當罕見。

Taiwan was chosen as the world's very first market for this launch.
I served as the bilingual MC and interpreter for the entire event — managing the event's pacing in fluent English and Mandarin, and delivering swift, precise translations during the live media Q&A session. Every journalist's question and every speaker's response had to land cleanly across language lines, without losing nuance or momentum.
Bilingual MC work in high-stakes investment events is about more than translation. It's rhythm. It's knowing when to pause, when to compress, when to let a phrase breathe. High-net-worth audiences expect precision, authority, and warmth — all at once. That's what I brought to the room.
Why Taiwan first? Asia Bankers Club founder Kingston Lai put it clearly: Taiwanese investors have a depth of understanding and long-term strategic thinking about Japan's market that is unique in Asia. Taiwan consistently ranks among the top foreign buyers of Japanese real estate — familiar with the legal environment, cultural nuances, and market structure.
